Yesterday I ordered a windshield from National Cycle.
Now I'm ready for an aftermarket muffler, and I'll be relying on your experience and judgement in helping me make my selection. My Dennis Kirk catalog shows only 3 suppliers of mufflers specifically for the Savage: The Supertrapp slip-on, for $214.99, the Jardine "Rumbler" slip-on, for $144.99, and the Mac slip-on, for $103.99. I have no interest in enhancing performance...I just want a deep, mellow, rumbling sound, that is not too loud, but definitely more of a statement than the "Funeral Parlor" sound level of the stock silencer! Let's hear your reccomendations!
